Shipping: Delivered via trusted carriers. Estimated times after dispatch: Standard 3–5 days, Express 2–4 days, Expedited Day 1–2 days. Orders placed after Friday 2 PM are processed on following Monday.

Damaged Items: For damaged shipments, request a replacement or exchange within 48 hours, providing a full unboxing video and clear photos of the label, packaging, and damaged item.
