Are your pieces handmade?
Many of our pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations are normal and make each piece unique.
What materials are used?
We clearly label all materials (for e.g. 92.5 silver, brass, alloy etc.). If you ever have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and follow checkout instructions. Your order is confirmed once you receive an email receipt. Have any questions or aren’t sure about something? Reach out to us before placing your order — we’re happy to help!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We cannot cancel any orders once they are placed.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! You can add a gift wrapping or a message at checkout.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh cleaners. Store pieces separately in a dry pouch. Gently polish with a soft cloth.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Jewelry of any metal may tarnish over time. With proper care, they’ll stay beautiful much longer.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes — we offer custom, made-to-order designs. Please note that all custom items are final sale.
How long do custom orders take?
Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on design.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days with an extra processing time of 1-2 days. Please note that delivery and processing times are different. Also, delivery times vary by location at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States to 50 states
