1. Order Processing Time (separate from shipping time)

  • Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.

  • Typical processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom orders or busy seasons may require additional time.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday and shipped once processing is complete.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard (Economy): 3–5 business days

  • Express: 2–4 business days

  • Expedited / Next Day: 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. International Sourcing & Potential Delays

Some materials and products are sourced internationally. Shipments may experience delays due to tariffs, customs inspections, or global logistics issues.

When delays occur:

  • We monitor the shipment closely,

  • Communicate updates as we receive them, and

  • Work to resolve delays as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen after delivery.

  • If your package appears delayed, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us with the case number for assistance.
