Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Ishika Boutique USA!

We take care to prepare, pack, and deliver your order safely and efficiently. All sales are final — refunds are not provided.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed quickly. Once placed, they cannot be changed or canceled.


2. Shipping

  • Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order is not eligible for replacement or refund. Reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned.


3. Damaged Items During Transit

If your order arrives damaged during transit, you may request a replacement or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify, you must provide:

  • A full unboxing video showing the sealed package and opening process (no cuts or edits).

  • Clear photos of the shipping label, packaging, and damaged item.

Once approved, you can choose:
✔ Replacement of the same product, or
✔ Exchange for another product of equal value (any price differences are the customer’s responsibility).

Important: Requests without the required video or submitted after 48 hours cannot be reviewed. Minor color variations, handmade details, embellishments, and small sizing tolerances are not considered defects.


4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for orders delivered as described is considered misuse of the process. We maintain detailed records of orders, communications, packaging, and delivery confirmations and will respond accordingly.
